UK Delivery
- Standard Delivery: £6
- Delivery Time: 5-6 working days
- Carrier: Royal Mail or a trusted courier service
- Delivery Window: Monday–Friday, 7 am–9 pm
- Doorstep Delivery: Items are delivered to the ground floor entrance of your property. If you are not home, the courier will leave a card to arrange redelivery at no extra cost.
EU Delivery
- Standard Delivery: £10
- Delivery Time: 3-10 working days
- Carrier: International shipping partners
- Tracking Provided: You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
Furniture & Large Item Delivery
- England: Free delivery within 30 days of purchase. Our specialist team will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date.
Order Processing & Tracking
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after purchase confirmation.
- We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.
- Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number and estimated delivery date.
Returns & Refunds
- Free Returns (UK Orders): If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery at no cost.
- EU Returns: Customers within the EU can return items within 30 days but are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Refund Processing: Once we receive your return, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
- Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please email customerservice@houseoftudor.co.uk with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
